Take It From Lee Iacocca: ‘Motivation is Everything’
Where have all the leaders gone? That’s not only a valid question in our contemporary Gilded Age — it’s also the title of a 2007 book by retired Chrysler executive and best-selling author Lee Iacocca (b. 1924). Iacocca is best known for rising through the ranks of the Ford Motor Company in the mid-20th century, reviving a nearly dead Chrysler during the 1980s, and authoring a best-selling autobiography in 1984. He is commonly regarded as one of the greatest CEOs in American history.
