Wes Boyd, on the value of humility.

Question: Do you have a personal philosophy?

Wes Boyd: Mmm . . . not one I’ve thought about much. You know again, being sort of an engineer type, I enjoy the work of what we’re doing and tend to keep my eye on the ball on a day-by-day basis. Especially when you go through a time that’s very difficult when there are more losses than wins, you have to enjoy the workmanship of it . . . just doing the job. And so I suppose my personal philosophy is just around being a craftsman, doing a good job at what we do.
