Kim Scott is a renowned leadership expert and author whose career spans an impressive range of roles across the tech and policy worlds. She has advised prominent companies including Dropbox, Kurbo, Qualtrics, Shyp, Twitter, and several others, bringing her expertise to the forefront of Silicon Valley innovation. Before that, she served on the faculty at Apple University, where she helped shape leadership development inside one of the world’s most influential companies. At Google, Kim led operations for AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick Online Sales, playing a key role in scaling their digital business.
An entrepreneur at heart, Kim was the co-founder and CEO of Juice Software, a collaboration-focused startup. Her early career reflects a remarkable breadth: from leading business development at Delta Three and Capital Thinking, to serving as a senior policy advisor at the FCC. She has also managed a pediatric clinic in Kosovo, launched a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow, and worked as an analyst on the Soviet Companies Fund.
